THE BRIEF
The second apartment within the same Vilnius residential house - equally considered in its layout, but entirely distinct in its personality. Positioned on the first floor with its own private entrance staircase, this unit was designed as a counterpoint to its serene neighbor: vital, characterful, and immediately memorable.
OUR APPROACH
A minimalist private staircase leads from the entrance level to the hallway, which branches naturally to the bedrooms and living space - a circulation sequence that is both intuitive and quietly elegant. Where the sister apartment speaks in cool, composed tones, this interior responds with warmth and animation. The spatial logic is identical; the atmosphere is entirely its own - proof that a strong layout and a distinct character are not in any tension with each other.
Carefully selected vintage furniture pieces introduce layers of history and charm that no amount of budget can replicate. Against this considered backdrop, bright color accents - deployed with precision rather than abundance - give the apartment a genuine sense of energy and joy.
