Pre-Purchase Property Study
For buyers who want to see the full potential before they commit.
Most people buy a property and then wonder what it could become. AXMO offers a smarter sequence: we assess the space before you place your offer, so you purchase with complete clarity and without surprises.
What the study includes:
· A site visit or remote assessment based on floor plans and photographs
· Analysis of structural and non-structural walls and modification potential
· A sketch layout showing the proposed new floor plan
· A written description of all works required to achieve it
· An estimate of additional costs - renovation scope, structural works, specialist contractors
· A clear recommendation: whether the property represents a sound investment for your brief
